Method
Combine bourbon, lavender honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker. Add egg white. Dry shake vigorously without ice first, then shake hard with ice. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a sprig of lavender and a curl of lemon zest.
